  1. Refer first to the contract documents to define the contractor\u2019s obligations.<\/li>\n
  2. The contractor must keep an accurate record of all changes, additions, deletions, and corrections from the layouts shown on the drawings.<\/li>\n
  3. Record of changes may be kept by accurately marking all changes on a set of prints during the progress of the project.<\/li>\n
  4. Exact locations of all underground utility service entrances and their connections to utility mains, as well as all valves, etc. and connections which will be concealed in the finished work must be accurately indicated on the drawings by measured distances. Depth as well as horizontal distances must be shown.<\/li>\n
  5. Design professional must verify and add to information to drawings and specifications, as required, and transmit these reproducible prints to the campus.<\/li>\n
  6. From the material collected from contractor\/subcontractors, the design professional will prepare and furnish a neatly bound folio containing manufacturer\u2019s instructions, arrangement drawings, and detailed parts identification on all items of operable plumbing, electrical or mechanical equipment built into and part of the project covered by the construction documents. Depending upon the size of the project, the folio may be divided into volumes covering the various elements of work such as electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, refrigeration, elevators, building hardware, special equipment and such other divisions as may be deemed appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
